How often should you do this?
You can do this program either 2-3x a week. Minimum of 2x a week and maximum of 3x a week is my recommendation. On any hold programmed for the day, make sure to NOT hold your breath. Breathe the whole way through. Make sure to do whatever additional warmup is needed for your body to be ready for training!
